DIAGNOSTIC METHODS AND TOOLS

Talent’s Monitoring Institute, using the knowledge and experience of System Psychology, is based on using innovative, original model of consulting – Self Development System (SDS), which examine and determine the competence and development capabilities of organizational system.

SDS is the only method in the market, which diagnoses not only predispositions and competences, but first of all – NEEDS. They significantly determine our motivations and professional activities: both of separate units, as well as entire teams, companies, organizations.



Institute of Talent’s Monitoring, using the knowledge and experience of System Psychology, is based on using innovative, original model of consulting – Self Development System (SDS), which examine and determine the competence and development capabilities of organizational system. Based on SDS model, we use professional psychometric and advisory tests. If it’s necessary, we also use methods and tests of the area of Human Resources like: Assessment Centre, case study tests, cases in basket. The choice of method depends on the type of position and the employer’s requirements.

The tools we used in SDS model combine over 40 years of experience and methodological history, as well as modernity in a form that is easy and attractive to use in the Internet platform.
