Talent’s Monitoring Institute (IMT) has been operating and developing since 2008. During the first years of working the company had dealt with psychological, career counseling and career coaching. The following years, the knowledge and experience, which were attained by ITM team, started to be useful in personal consulting, mainly in recruitments’ projects. In last three years the IMT team extended their working to include business consulting, which was mainly focused on analyzing and constructing competence-optimized teams. The unique model of consulting, used by IMT, ideal works with building large projects’ teams, as well as small start-up and scale up teams. IMT, using the knowledge and experience of System Psychology, is based on using innovative, original model of consulting – Self Development System (SDS). It is useful to examine and determine the competence and development capabilities of organizational system.
